Malcolm Guite

Malcolm Guite (PhD, Durham) is a Life Fellow of Girton College, Cambridge, where he served as Chaplain and teacher in the Faculty of Divinity. He is a priest, a poet, and a songwriter. He lectures widely in England and North America on Theology and Literature and has published books of poetry, theology, and literary criticism and has worked as a librettist. In 2023 he was awarded the Archbishop Lanfranc Medal by the Archbishop of Canterbury. He is currently working on his epic, Merlin’s Isle: an Arthuriad.
