Brittany Anne Jennings is a visual artist and musician in Louisville, Kentucky. Her work is a response to questions and answers that nature gives to those observing it in quiet moments. She creates slowly, building layers and textures through different mediums including her cello. Brittany, as J.R.R. Tolkien stated about human creation, believes herself to be a sub-creator. She creates her drawings and music as she imagines our Creator God might have—in joy, building the world around us with patience and love. Hers, however, is imperfect—reflecting the flaws of being human and struggles found in the natural world.
