Description:   Artists have a generational opportunity to significantly impact the culture.  Unfortunately, most artists struggle to turn their art into sustainable businesses.  Colt and Lance will facilitate a group jam around the current opportunities and challenges around business building.  They will also will give some tools and space for participants to accelerate their venture-building process.

Colt Westbrook: Colt has been the president of Walrus Audio and Morse Group since 2014. He married his college sweetheart, Claire and has three kids with one woman (Claire). He carries passion for equipping clever people with tools that they need to build their own businesses. It’s a cliché, but Colt really enjoys assembling powerful teams to compete in their current space. He proudly received 2nd place in the Dorthy Linder Elementary Second-Grade Coloring Contest. He wears blue light glasses to look smarter on Zoom calls.

Lance Humphreys:  Co-Founder of Cultivate OKC – a city-based venture accelerator and Managing Partner of 410 Investments and 640 Legacy Partners.  Lance has devoted his life and career to encouraging pioneering leaders and building ventures that fuel human flourishing.  He is a future oriented dreamer who is entering the grand-kid era of life committed to “re-risk” to see cities, artists, and builders thrive.
